Career summary

I have led MBA consulting projects on corporate responsibility at highly recognized global Swedish companies. My work includes:

  • Developing and implementing a sustainability strategy at IKEA
  • Creating environmental sustainability communciations toolkit for an emerging market at Ericsson. 


I managed projects in global talent management at Catalyst, a research and consulting group in New York City. Work included:

  • Advising clients how to create and sustain Human Resource (HR) diversity initiatives in order to reach HR targets and maintain financial performance. 
  • Running workshops with Fortune 500 CEOs at an annual “CEO Summit,” to help them implement HR change programs.
  • Leading workplace needs-assessments in a number of companies via focus groups, interviews, and surveys. 

I also have years of experience creating and leading international projects and teaching at university. Work included:

  • Creating and leading international projects in diversity and inclusion throughout the United States and Europe. 
  • Leading all recruitment and interviewing for National Institute of Health (NIH) funded research project. 
  • Lecturing in Sociology on the university level for 3 years at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, in New York City. I taught both undergraduate lectures and graduate seminars in social theory and criminology.
